     Our comprehensive Skid Steer Loader Operator Training Program combines classroom theory, hands-on practice, and a performance evaluation to meet industry safety standards. It covers machine anatomy, safety regulations (OSHA), pre-shift inspections, stability, load handling, hazard avoidance, and proper shutdown procedures.

Key Components of our Comprehensive Program:

• Theory & Classroom Learning: Covers operating principles, hydrostatic transmission basics, weight distribution, stability (tipping loads vs. rated capacity), and hazard recognition.
• Safety Standards & Regulation: Focuses on OSHA requirements, safe operating techniques, and site-specific hazard avoidance.
• Pre-Operation Inspection: Practical training on performing walk-around inspections to check for fluid leaks, damage, and safety equipment functionality.
• Hands-on Practical Training: In-person training covering machine startup, steering, traveling, and operating with various attachments.
• Application Skills: Practice in loading/unloading, leveling materials, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Evaluation & Qualification: Written test and practical hands-on evaluation by a qualified instructor to prove competency. Qualification is valid for 3 years.
• Refresher Training: Required every 3 years, or immediately if an operator is involved in an accident, near-miss, or observed operating unsafely.
