     Our comprehensive Industrial Forklift Operator Training Program consists of three main components: formal instruction (classroom), practical training (hands-on), and a final performance evaluation. The program covers OSHA-required topics, including truck-related, workplace-related, and safety, to ensure competence in inspecting, maneuvering, and operating machinery safely.

Key Components of a Comprehensive Program:

• Formal Instruction (Theory): Covers forklift types, operating instructions, load capacity charts, stability principles, and safety regulations.
• Practical Training (Hands-on): Demonstrations and exercises, including pre-operational inspections (brakes, lights, forks), maneuvering, load handling (lifting/stacking), and refueling/battery charging.
• Performance Evaluation: An on-site evaluation of the operator's ability to safely operate the specific equipment in their specific work environment.
• Workplace-Specific Training: Tailored training addressing site-specific hazards like pedestrian traffic, narrow aisles, ramps, and hazardous locations.

Required Content Areas (OSHA Compliant):

• Truck Operations: Controls, instrumentation, steering, and maneuverability.
• Load Handling: Load composition, stability, and capacity limitations.
• Safety Practices: Pedestrian awareness, seatbelt use, and hazard recognition.

Qualification & Renewal:

• Validity: Qualification is valid for 3 years.
• Refresher Training: Required every 3 years, or immediately if an operator is involved in an accident, near-miss, or observed operating unsafely.
