     Our comprehensive CCO Overhead Crane Operator Training Program consists of both classroom instruction and hands-on practical training. It focuses on safety regulations (OSHA), crane components, load charts, rigging techniques, and operational procedures, preparing participants to pass written and practical exams to become certified in overhead crane operation.

Key Components of our Comprehensive Program:

• Classroom Instruction (Theory): Covers safe operating practices, crane types, components, inspections, safety regulations (OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1428), rigging principles, signaling, and interpreting load capacities.
• Practical Training (Hands-on): Involves supervised, hands-on practice for operating the crane, including equipment inspection, load handling, controlling load movement, using proper hand/voice signals, and shutdown procedures.
• CCO Exam Preparation: We offer practice exams and review sessions to ensure familiarity with the testing format, focusing on site safety and proper procedures.

  • Operation: Maneuvering, load control, and preventing accidents.

Candidates are tested on their ability to perform tasks like pre-operational checks and controlling load movement, ensuring they have the skills to operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently. Certification is good for 5 years.
